Read Designer Cassie McDaniel's recent blog post that lists 20 Design Challenges she identified by simply walking into a hospital. It really shows that design can have a positive impact on healthcare efficiency, and especially improve guest comfort. Shouldn't that be a goal of every healthcare and long-term care facility...to reduce anxiety for its guests?
